IT Systems Administrator
ARC Technologies LLC, the leading manufacturer of RF and EMI absorbing materials, for defense and wireless applications worldwide, is recruiting for an IT Systems Administrator, to join our IT team.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
Primary Responsibilities:
· Test, plan deploy, maintain, upgrade, and repair software and hardware in a Microsoft Windows network environment
· Analyze user requests and requirements and find appropriate solutions
· Evaluate product options and make recommendations
· Adapt commercial products to company requirements
· Write and maintain both IT internal and end user documentation
· Assist and support end users as needed
· Install and test computer-related equipment
· Interact with the help desk and other teams to assist in troubleshooting, identify root cause, and provide technical support when needed
· Make recommendations for future upgrades
Qualifications:
· Experience installing, maintaining, and supporting Microsoft Windows clients and servers
· Experience with installing, maintaining, and supporting Ethernet, IPv4 networks
· Solid understanding of computer system administration fundamentals, Active Directory and Group Policy, and Microsoft Word and Excel

Bachelor's degree and two years or more work experience or Associate's degree and four years or more work experience
Must be a US Citizen with the ability to obtain a DoD Security Clearance
Experience in any of the following is a plus:
Manufacturing company environment
Factory automation and machine integration
Premises communication wiring
Server virtualization
Windows scripting (VBScript, PowerShell, etc.)
Windows software installation automation
MSI package deployment and customization
Computer security (especially NISPOM/JSIG/RMF)
Least privilege in a Microsoft environment
Microsoft Exchange
Crystal Reports design
ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) software
· CompTIA Security+ certification
All candidates must be US Citizens, with the ability to obtain a Department of Defense security clearance. A current or recent DOD security clearance is a plus.
