Job Description

Overview: Vibrant / Energetic sales organization is expanding.  We are looking for hard workers who can take direction and want to be Sales Superstars.  Job involves calling on Recreational Vehicle Dealers, developing relationships and helping them grow their business.  This position involves 70% overnight travel (per diem reimbursement) and timely reporting of each sales call.  We want a person who has a good work ethic, is disciplined and enjoys working with a varied customer base.  Our goal is to train the right person for the position, but experienced sales professionals may apply.  This is an exciting opportunity for the right person as it will grow in scope and compensation as you gain experience.

 

Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities

·       Manage current accounts to assure sales volume grows year after year.  This is done primarily by educating dealer and staff on how to display and sell products.

·       Make calls on RV dealers and other assigned accounts for the purpose of establishing and improving relationships between them and ARC as well as our clients / suppliers.

·       Turn in call reports on each dealer visited.

·       Take and post images (on our network) of parts showrooms on each dealer visited.

·       Develop close relationships with dealers and their personnel.

·       Represent company and clients at conferences and trade associations.

·       Resolve client issues with help from clients and management.  

·       Make presentations on products made by our client / suppliers.

·       Prepare agendas for meetings and dealer calls.

·       Respond within 24 hours to all inquiries from suppliers, dealers, and management.

·       Communicate with clients about campaign direction, deliverables, and next steps.

·       Communicate with the Parts Managers, Service Managers, Sales team members, General Managers and Owners of RV dealerships.

·       Attend weekly sales conference calls.

·       Use your vehicle and cell phone.

·       Other rolls and duties as assigned by management.

·       70% overnight travel.
