Systems Administrator

Systems Administrator Wanted!

Looking for an IT Systems Administrator to help in a Multi location Small business located in Northern Delaware with following Characteristics:

Responsibilities

● Handle the day to day responsibilities “break fIx”

● Install and configure software and hardware systems

● Creation of user accounts and account management

● Basic hardware/software troubleshooting, repair, and maintenance

● Coordination with technology vendors

● Basic IT administration: Windows, G-suite, VoIP, Networking, etc

● Monitor and escalate IT issues as needed

● Experience with untangle a plus
● Linux experience with Redhat or any distro is a plus

● Must know Virtualization technologies such as VMware and Hyper-V

● Working knowledge of Veeam

● Image workstations with Windows 10

● Installing and maintaining video security equipment

● Maintaining and testing our DR\BCP plans

Education and Experience

● 4+ years in a professional environment

● 2+ years of experience with Windows 10

● IT Certifications a plus but not required

● Strong interpersonal communication skills

● Diagnostic skills and the ability to continually grow

● Team oriented with a positive attitude towards people and problem solving

● Ability to “self-start” once given an objective or goals within a schedule

● Do whatever it takes to get the job done attitude

Applicants should be willing to travel approximately 25% of the time as needed. Most offices are within 2 hours of our corporate office.
