 We are currently seeking Client Funds Analyst.  This is a client facing position responsible for assisting clients through account reconciliations, servicing, administering collateral controls in accordance with laws, policy and terms of client agreement, in an effort to minimize risk.   This is a Shreveport based position not requiring travel. Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following: 
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Balancing Client Fund Net Rec Accounts.
  • NSFs / Corporate return communication and collection collaboration with clients. 
  • Processing  ACH Client, Vendor, and other manual credits/debits.
  • Kotapay and TriState return management.
  • ACH client recall request processing.
  • Tracking time clock inventory.
  • Review of Xcelerated Returns in Kotapay. 
  • Processing client stop payment requests.
  • Other responsibilities as needed or assigned.

Education, Qualifications, Skills, and Abilities:  To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The list below is representative of the qualifications, skills, and abilities required and preferred: 
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance or other related field preferred.
  • Minimum 3 years bookkeeping level experience.
  • Experience working with computer software and systems.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong client centric focus.

  • Strong planning and organizing skills and attention to details.
  • Strong ability to manage multiple projects and tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Ability to work with people and work as part of a team.
  • Must be able to work in an environment in which constant deadlines exist.
  • Must be able to work the hours necessary to successfully perform in this position.
  • Must understand all company guidelines, procedures, and workflow.
