Account Executive/Outside Sales Representative
Our perfect candidate is a high energy, self-motivated, responsible and organized person comfortable cold calling and canvassing throughout the state of Minnesota with a concentration in the Minneapolis Market.
Roles and Responsibilities:
We are looking for a responsible and highly motivated Sales Associate to partner with our Minneapolis manager in developing and expanding our presence in our market.
Our candidate will be ready to take on all sales responsibilities from cold calling, networking, meetings, presentations - and any other creative ideas to keep our company present in the minds of our agent/clients. This involves a lot of driving in the Los Angeles county area. There will also be some travel required to our office in Plymouth, MN
The ideal candidate will be passionate about maintaining and strengthening established client relationships, using available and creative resources to develop leads for new relationships in assigned territories, contacting leads by phone, e-mail and alternative methods to pre-qualify and set presentation appointments, and will consistently maintain strong levels of communication with management and operations.
Our candidate should be familiar with CRM Principals to track activity in our customer relationship management system.
Ability to design and update PowerPoint presentations helpful but not mandatory.
General understanding of the principles of sales. Exceptional communication skills. High school diploma required. Bachelors in marketing or sales is preferred. Experience with customer service. Proven track record in achieving sales and business development objectives. Reliable transportation, Minnesota Driver License/Insurance and ability to work both independently and in a team environment CRITICAL.
