Salary $75,000 - $150,000 a year total compensation package

Bachelor's degree or better and extensive IT certifications

Full Job Description:

10 years minimum IT work experience and 2 years minimum IT Management experience

Managed Service Provider (MSP) experience a must.

The job is to oversee the day-to-day operations of the MSP IT Service & Delivery Group including Reactive and Proactive services, to meet our SLAs and Service Delivery requirements.

Manage implementation services and support service, including prioritization, scheduling, resource planning.

Internal and External Resource planning and scheduling for 4-week, 8-week, 12-week, bi-annual and annual basis depending on projects, support and contract needs.

Manage technicians, support specialists and engineers including schedules, priorities, training, specializations, performance evaluations, hiring and support escalations.

Manage client projects, daily services, implementations, and all new client installations, projects, and onboarding.

Successfully run and execute onboarding of new and existing clients to APM IT Service and Managed Service contracts.

Ensure all client contract, project deliverables and SLAs are being executed and met on a daily basis.

IT Department Support and Implementation team training program management and mentoring.

Serve as an escalation point for technical support team and client concerns.

Prior experience managing IT Service teams.

Requires broad technical background and experience from installing PCs to working with servers, networking, security products, cloud, etc...

Must have experience with IT Service platforms and services that run our business including Kaseya, Connectwise and ITGlue (or equivalent/better products)

Former SE Preferred who has also a proven track record as a Manager for 2+ years minimum.

Level 2/3 Technical Services Escalations

Level 3 Client-facing consulting, calls, issue resolution, and support.
