Apicii, the nationally acclaimed hospitality group, has partnered with the Seattle Mariners Major League Baseball Team to launch Seattle’s premiere Sports Bar & Grill and Micro-Brewery. Located directly across from T-Mobile Park, the menu will feature elevated American classics and wood-fired pizzas served amongst multiple large screens for prime sports viewing.
Pastry Cook
Summary:
The Pastry Cook is responsible for preparing quality pastry items such as breakfast items, desserts, and breads under the supervision of the Pastry Chef.
Responsibilities:
● Executing pastry orders for catered events and accommodating special requests.
● Creating enticing confectionery decorations and pastry fillings, as well as keeping abreast of new pastry baking techniques.
● Monitoring equipment and ensuring all specialized pastry baking tools are in working order.
Must Haves:
The ideal candidate must have previous experience and knowledge of baking techniques. An associate degree in baking and pastry arts (or similar) is preferred. Flexible working hours, including evenings and weekends when required.
