Provide support for the MC Battle Lab (MCBL) at Fort Leavenworth, KS, Support includes pre-event coordination to incorporate MC CoE CDID learning demands into the venue; theme(s), messages, and talking points; engaging key participants during the venue to educate them on CDID core ideas and gleaning insights from the venues to inform the MC and related efforts; and, a 1-2 paragraph executive summary within 24 hours after each collaborative action or event. Each summary shall be a synopsis of activities, discussions, decisions during the collaborative event that could have an impact on the MC AFC and other work in assigned CAC capability areas.
Major deliverables include MC assessment study, analysis, reports, prioritized set of gaps, and an Initial Capabilities Document (ICD) and/or DOTMLPF-P Change Recommendation using common lexicon for capabilities established in the Joint Capability Areas (JCAs).
Must have have experience as a capability developer within the MC Warfighting Function (WfF), have Army Intermediate Level Education (ILE) or equivalent experience. Preferred experience includes: One or more personnel with Division, Corps, and/or Army Service Component Command (ASCC) Headquarters staff experience.
Bachelor degree required, Master degree preferred.
