Job Title: Receptionist, Inside Sales Assistant
All tasks and responsibilities are to be performed with great attention to detail. It’s important that the person in this position demonstrates a professional appearance and behavior, especially in the presence of visitors.
Main job tasks and responsibilities:
Attend to visitors and answer the (main) telephone system, screen and direct all calls, receive and distribute phone messages.
Greet and direct visitors to their destination, prepare outgoing mail, receive and sort daily incoming mail and deliveries.
Maintain reception area and front office area for tidiness.
Provide administrative assistance to Executive Team as needed.
Attention to detail
Customer service oriented
Organizing and planning
Professional personal presentation
Verbal and written communications skills a must
Asst Sales Department with Administrative needs
Knowledgeable in Adding machine
MS Office: Excel, word, outlook etc.
High School Graduate or above
