We are a Certified Public Accounting firm in Calabasas, CA looking for hiring a full time Bookkeeper/Accountant. Previous experience with a CPA firm is a plus!
· Perform monthly bookkeeping, quarterly or annual bookkeeping for clients outsourcing their accounting needs to our firm
· Conduct reconciliation of all accounts on an as needed basis
· 3-5 years relevant experience working in accounting and/or bookkeeping.
· Proficient skills in QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel. Applicant must have recent experience with QuickBooks software
· Thorough knowledge and understanding of basic accounting standards (Accounting 101)
· Strong verbal and written communication skills
· Have a solid understanding of payroll concept
· Prior experience in tax preparation work is a plus
· High degree of accuracy and attention to detail
