ANGARAI is looking for a Project Coordinator to support its projects with various government agencies. The Project Coordinator as a liaison would handle administrative tasks for the Project Manager and team members to keep the project running smoothly.

Major Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Ensure ordering equipment and supplies, managing deadlines/workflow, scheduling meetings and appointments, and following-up on coordination-action items to closure.
  • Work with the Project Lead (Manager) to develop a sustainment plan for ongoing adoption by client users and vendors alike.
  • Assist in the design and implementation of marketing and messaging to the marketplace.
  • Assist with the preparation and delivery of presentations, focus groups, town halls and/or demonstrations to interested parties.

Minimum Qualification and Experience:

  • A Bachelor’s degree in business or any related field.
  • Previous experience in a project coordination role.
  • Strong facilitation skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent planning, organizational, time management, and verbal/written communication skills.
  • Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
