HR GENERALIST

An HR Generalist is responsible for creating, updating and applying all HR policies and company guidelines and making sure they adhere to standards and laws initiated by authorities.

Duties include:

• Generating official internal documents such as offer letters, appointment letters, salary slips and written warnings, performance reviews and write ups, proof of employment letters & employment verification notices.

• Creating onboarding plans and educating newly hired employees on HR policies, internal procedures and regulations

• Maintaining physical and digital files for employees and their documents, benefits and attendance records

• Creating employee engagement plans when necessary

• Collaborating with upper management and employees to maintain standards set forth by the company, acting as a liason for all employees on the company’s behalf.

• Keeping meticulous records and detailed notes on each employee interaction

• Taking appropriate disciplinary action against employees who violate rules and regulations and addressing employee grievances.

• Ability to step in assisting the Director of HR when necessary, including running background checks & sending appropriate FCRA documentation. Will also at times need to assist COO.

• Flexible on hours and days available as our business runs across the entire country.

Must have the ability to be a self-starter, honest, reliable and capable of managing your own workload. Must also have the ability to work independently & maintain confidentiality at all times.

Proposed Work Schedule: M-F
Proposed Hours: 8am-6pm PST with one hour for lunch
Pay Scale: $25/hour
Full benefits after 90 days, no employee contribution.
100% Remote available upon project completion
