Universal Customer Care Representative (Immediate need for Spanish Speaking Agents)

AMP Smart – American Fork, UT

Job Type: Part-time and full time positions available

Job Location: In house corporate office with possible virtual/telecommute positions (pre-requisite of 4-5 months in-office)

Starting Pay: $13 / hr (Spanish speaking candidates receive an additional $.50 per hour)

Bonus Pay: Retro pay lump sum (Earn $1.00 per hour worked from training graduation to 1 year training graduation anniversary date)

Age Requirement: 18+

Description

As one of the fastest growing security businesses in Utah, AMP SMART is seeking exceptional and versatile candidates to provide world class universal customer support to our customers. AMP SMART requires hardworking, self-motivated and enthusiastic individuals. Universal Customer Care Representatives are responsible for providing effective customer service for all internal and external customers in general support, scheduling and technical aspects. Doing so by using excellent, in-depth knowledge of company products and programs as well as communicating effectively with team members within the overall customer support department. Additionally, AMP desires potential leaders that are professional and inclined to learn new procedures quickly.

What You’ll Be Doing

· Support customers with their smart home security and automation accounts

· Assist customer with questions about their system , provide appropriate changes, and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure full customer satisfaction

· Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication

· Provide product/services information and resolve any emerging problems that our customer accounts might face with accuracy and efficiency

· Handle inbound and outbound calls to schedule appointments for the maintenance of alarm systems

· Map out appointments and follow guidelines that have been set for different areas

· Communicate effectively between technicians and customers

· Retain customers by utilizing strong listening and critical thinking skills. Go the extra mile to engage customers

· Responsible for improving customer retention through exemplary service

· Log all communication and tasks performed after assisting customers with their account

· Cooperation and assistance with projects when necessary

Experience and Skills Needed

· 1 to 2 years of tech support and other call center experience working through complex issues, troubleshooting and problem resolution

· Ability to work in a fast-paced work environment

· Skillful with computers (i.e.: Excel, Word, Outlook, website navigation)

· Requires basic software knowledge, strong Web and Mobile App navigational experience, and the ability to pick up new technology quickly

· Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively

· Conflict Resolution

· Strong communication and interpersonal skills

· Dependable and a team player

· High school diploma or equivalent
