In this role, you will be the key decision maker as the Operations Manager / Director of Operations for a startup Biohazard Cleanup company. -Build and manage a team that leads the way in Customer Service, Process and Procedure, and Collaboration.
-Provide leadership and direction to the field team to ensure 100% customer satisfaction.
-Train the Supervisors to perform all functions of core business and develop all employees through testing and training.
-Responsible for inspecting the premises at frequent intervals to ensure the following: equipment is in good working order, facility appearance, inventory properly stocked and landscaping well-maintained.
-Prepare the work schedule, assign work positions, direct cleaning, maintenance and overall upkeep and supervise the team in all activities involved with operating the business.
-Complete daily paperwork and maintain an accurate and effective inventory.
-Autonomy to make decisions and truly be an expert in your field

-2+ years working in biohazard cleanup, biohazard remediation, or hazardous materials (hazmat)
-2+ years of management experience in this industry such as Director of Operations, Administrator, Operations Manager, etc.
