Job Description The Human Resources Business Partner II (HR BP II) will be responsible for a portfolio of projects. They will ensure the alignment of business objectives across departments, stakeholders, and internal management groups.
The HR BP II will focus on high level needs of the projects within their portfolio to ensure deliverables are met. General Duties * Manage a portfolio of projects. * Liaise across departments and stakeholders to ensure the successful deliverables of the portfolio. * Attend project kick offs and key meetings as a representative of HR. Relay key takeaways to the internal HR team. * Analyze and provide high level HR guidance and insight to issues involving compensation, staffing projections and timelines, market trends, and more with the support of the HR BP I and Recruiting Partner. * Optimize the use of platforms for tracking portfolio progression. * Provide projections, briefs and reporting of the portfolio health to internal stakeholders. Create and maintain dashboards summarizing portfolio health.
Track and report portfolio metrics. * Establish processes and procedures for the portfolio with PMO, client, and partner. * Monitor total headcount of a portfolio. Provide guidance and solutions to improve retention and turnover. * Ensure portfolio compliance by reviewing records of job descriptions, pre- deployment briefs, incident reporting, investigations, protocols, etc. * Provides high level HR guidance to the PMO and HR BP I as needed. * Act as a resource for escalation for projects within the portfolio. * Analyze market trends and metrics in partnership with the HR BP I to develop * solutions, programs, and policies. * Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues with the Employee Relations Department. Conduct effective, thorough, and objective investigations. * Attend and participate in high level contractor disciplinary meetings, terminations, and investigations. Job Requirements * Bachelor's degree or higher. * Minimum of 2 to 4 years' experience in HR field is preferred. * Experience in the healthcare industry is preferred but not required. * Experience in managing projects. * Develop processes, rosters, dashboards, and other critical documents. * Working knowledge of multiple human resource disciplines, including compensation practices, organizational diagnosis, performance management, and federal and state respective employment and contractor laws. * Excellent verbal and written communication skills. * Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. * Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet tight deadlines. * Ability to acquire a thorough understanding of the organization's hierarchy, jobs, qualifications, compensation practices, and the administrative practices related to those factors. * Ability to self-manage and work well on a team. * Ability to travel. * Strong problem-solving skills. * Strong reporting skills. * Proficient with Microsoft Office or related software. * Identify gaps and needs of the portfolio. * Develop and maintain relationships with external stakeholders, partners and clients. * Travel to sites.
