(NYSE: PWR), American Eagle Ready Mix Utah LLC (AEUT) is a leader in providing ready mix concrete to the greater Salt Lake City Utah market and for Americas premier utility construction companies owed by Quanta Service Inc. AEUT is the first ready mix company owned by Quanta Services Inc. AEUT and its leadership will create Quanta Concrete Services (QCS). QCS is a new concept that will pursue the supply and production of concrete for construction projects while looking for growth opportunities across the US and Canada. This new role is an amazing opportunity to add value to Quanta Services Inc. by improving its approach in providing 85% of all work completed internally and by connecting people to clean energy, information, and opportunity.

JOB DESCRIPTION
The Chief Financial Officer (CFO) will lead the accounting, finance, and administrative functions in support of QCS operations in Utah and its growth. This individual is a key member of the operating units executive leadership team in establishing and executing operations strategies. The CFO is expected to have an active role in operations, project risk management, including prospective project risk and mitigation assessments, ongoing performance monitoring, and performance of critical reviews at the enterprise level.
RESPONSIBILITIES
The operating unit Chief Financial Officer will report directly to the operating unit President, with matrix reporting to the Corporate Chief Financial Officer and Chief Accounting Officer.
SKILLS AND ABILITIES
The successful candidate will be expected to have the following proven abilities or to quickly demonstrate that they are:
A Bachelors degree in accounting or finance is required as well as a CPA license. Fifteen (15) years of progressively responsible financial/management experience. Experience as a CFO/Controller (or close equivalent) in the Construction Services, Specialty Contracting or Materials industries is preferred. The relevant construction industry experience would include having responsibility for judgments and estimates relative to percentage completion accounting for a wide array of contracts and working directly with project leadership and the executive operations team to ensure that commercial risks and technical accounting risks are managed in the contracting process, project controls are well established, project information is reported and reviewed for timely insight and decision making. Audit experience with a national or international public accounting firm as well as SEC public company experience, is also preferable.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Preparation and certification of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, including operational and financial analysis.
- Lead the budgeting, planning, and forecasting processes in support of the operating unit Presidents leadership team in managing the portfolio of projects/companies.
- Responsible for accounting and finance processes and procedures and ensuring an effective internal control environment is maintained and compliant with Quanta Services accounting and reporting policies, including monthly reporting, Sarbanes-Oxley certifications, SEC reporting, and other risk management procedures.
- Ensure proper revenue and earnings recognition on all operating unit projects, including cost-plus type projects, unit price type projects, and lump sum fixed price type projects using percentage completion accounting.
- Cash management within the operating unit and across the portfolio of projects.
- Other specific responsibilities may include managing other administrative functions, negotiating key administrative contracts, and hiring administrative staff.
- Limited travel will be required.

- A leader capable of building a high-functioning accounting and finance team in a growth company environment.
- Competently able to contribute to construction services contract negotiation, risk management, administration, accounting, and reporting.
