Administrative Office Support

We are seeking Administrative Office Support to join our team! You will perform clerical and administrative functions in order to drive company success. Prior administrative experience in an accounting office a plus!

Responsibilities:

  • Manage in-house billing and A/R for the firm (Must be QB proficient)
  • Process tax returns and organize client tax files
  • Scanning of source documents to tax program (Knowledge of CCH)
  • Managing E-Storage
  • Draft correspondences and other formal documents
  • Plan and schedule appointments and events
  • Greet and assist onsite guests
  • Answer inbound telephone calls
  • Sort and distribute mail
  • Banking for firm and clients; traveling to local banks 2-3 times a week
  • Perform all other office tasks

Qualifications:

  • Must have 5 to 10 years previous experience in office administration; preferably accounting office
  • Must be proficient in QuickBooks, Word, Excel
  • Computer/Tech savvy
  • Ability to prioritize and multitask
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • ​Strong organizational skills
