A new, high-tech, and leading Sign & Graphics company near I-610 South loop (NRG Stadium of Houston is looking for an Inside Sales Representative & Customer Service Associate. The company is modern, state-of-the-art, and professionally managed to serve high profile corporate customers in Greater Houston. We are looking forward to motivated candidates to join our fantastic team to be partners of mutual growth and success.
This is a new position to add our existing sales team. We are focusing on acquiring new customers and business accounts (B2B).
As a market leader, we are looking for an energetic and self-driven individual in this fast environment. As growing signage and visual communications company, we need enthusiastic, self-driven, and adaptable individuals to onboard team.
Summary of Position:
The Inside Sales Representative & Customer Service Associate is responsible for the development of new business accounts. Responsibilities include maintaining and enriching our existing account in B2B segments.
· Prospecting for new customers, developing new business accounts.
· Cold calling, email campaigning, converting prospects to lead.
· Lead, Quote, Sales, and Customer Service for all accounts.
· Demonstrate the company’s product and services to customers/
· Support the graphic design team in explaining customers' needs. A bridge between customer and design/production team.
· Build new institutional and government accounts.
Qualifications / Skills:
· Minimum 2 years in B2B Sales, cold calling, customer profiling, lead generating
· Experience in the use of CRM software, and other computer software in Sales.
· Previous experience in Sign and Graphic, Printing, or similar service industry experience.
· Willing to spend a long time over the telephone.
· Work independently, goal-driven, self-motivated, and team player
· Internet & Social Media (Business) savvy.
· Strong communication skills (written and verbal).
· Multi-task personality
Relevant information to Candidate:
· Monday to Friday, 8:00 to 5:00
