School Clerk - Performs a variety of Front Office duties: scheduling meetings and appointments for school administrators, greeting clients, parents, district representatives: receives and places telephone calls regarding school operations: completes student registration, forms and letters: filing correspondence, report cards and student records; operate office machines, intercom system, fax and copiers: maintain school bullentin boards: perform related duties as required with attention to detail
Ability to communicate effectively and tactfully with school personnel, school district personnel,k students, parents and guardians and the general public.
Knowledge of school operations, excellent organizational and time management
1-2 years clerical experience
High School Diploma: Associate or Bachelor Degree desirable

Supervision under the Principal and Office Manager
