IT Project Manager

Looking for a Project Manager that is a people person with a good personality that can organize meetings, tasks, meet with stakeholders and drive smaller projects that could be related to IT Security, IT Infrastructure/SDLC, etc. This assignment could entail multi-tasking and work on a variety of projects (could be 3+ smaller projects total at a time) as well as interacting with a variety of IT and business departments, etc.

Responsibilities:

Managing IT related projects, some examples include the following:

• IT Security-related projects like Encryption, regulatory/compliance, protection against hackers, remote access management, risk mitigation, etc.
• Mobile Projects, data collection, and reporting, upgrades to AWD documentation management software system.
• IT Infrastructure projects like network/software/system upgrades, ServiceNow, etc.

Experience Needed:

• At least 3 years of Project Management experience.
• Prefer candidates to have experience managing IT Infrastructure/SDLC projects and that have worked with a specific Project Management tool.
• Must have Waterfall environment SDLC experience.
• Must have experience with PMO standards, Processes, and Tools.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to interact professionally with a diverse group of project team members, managers and subject matter experts.
• Must be a self-starter and have the ability to coordinate tasks with individual resources and project teams.
• Experience with PPM Pro (Planview), ServiceNow or Jira would be helpful, but definitely not mandatory that they have as these are intuitive tools and should be easy to learn.
• Prefer them to have experience working from home.
