Job DescriptionCompany Description
We are seeking an experienced Licensed Insurance Sales Representative to join our team! You will be responsible for writing new business, selling various types of insurance policies to new and existing clients. Part remote possibilities.
Responsibilities:
- Present and sell insurance policies to new and existing clients for personal lines (including auto, home, and life)
- Develop and calculate suitable plans based on clients' needs
- Reaching daily, weekly and monthly productivity goals
- Expand business reach through networking techniques
- Comply with insurance standards and regulations
- Track and identify areas of improvement
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in personal lines insurance sales
- Previous Allstate sales
- Strong negotiation skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
Both Part-time and full-time roles are available
