IT Tech Support

The IT Technician position provides local support for all computers, tablets, and mobile device. Provides support for the local area network, and communications equipment. The IT Support Services Technician provides timely and courteous user support for technical issues relating to the use and operation or hardware and software.

The IT Technician will primarily be responsible for addressing software/hardware issues and installations.

• Setup of computers, monitors, printer, and computer peripherals
• Installation of Windows 10/11 operation system, MS Office Suite, and various software as needed per individual and/or department
• Creation and management of user accounts and permissions for various apps and services
• Troubleshooting office printers and network-connected devices
• Resolving email requests for remote support to our branch and client offices
• Creation and setup of client accounts in the company
• Occasional field work involving hardware installations and software/hardware troubleshooting at the remote site (AMP)

• A+ certification or equivalent to related experience
• Minimum 1-year experience providing IT support over the phone or in person
• Expert level familiarity with Windows 10 OS and Office Suite
• Hardware & software troubleshooting experience with PCs, laptops, and iPhones

Ideal candidate will have:

• Associate degree or any IT-related work experience
• Familiarity with Windows 10/11
• Great customer service
• Excellent communication skills

Due to ITAR regulations, this position requires that the employee must be a U.S. Person (U.S. Citizen or Permanent Resident).

• Sitting for prolonged periods of time
• Exposed to artificial lighting in office environment
• Use of office equipment (telephone, computer, fax, copiers, etc.)
