Job Description

Primary Duties

Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of office.
Answers phone calls, schedules meetings and supports visitors.
Carries out administrative duties such as filing, typing, copying, binding, scanning etc.
Database maintenance

Requirements

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Publisher, and Google Drive applications
Demonstrated experience with social media platforms and Zoom
Strong research, writing, verbal, and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and multi-task under a deadline
Administrative experience in a larger professional services experience is a plus
