- Enter Orders into ERP Management System
- Update and Send Shipment Notifications.
- Update Orders with Relevant Information.
- Enter Bills into Bill Management System
- Greet and Assist Onsite Guests
- Answer and Redirect Inbound Telephone Calls
- Previous experience in office administration or other related fields
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Strong organizational skills
- In Office: 730am-430pm, Monday-Friday
- Reliable Transportation to and from Work
