We are looking to fill 2 roles. We have flexibility to hire FT or PT. We are open 6 days per week, and our team rotates working Saturday.

Full Job Description

This position will work in a full-service Mailing / Shipping store offering package services, copy services, and retail for shipping items. We would like an individual that is a Notary or who is willing to obtain their Notary Seal. We offer Notary Commission for those with a valid and active state of CA Notary license. Additionally, we perform Live Scan which is capturing digital fingerprints on a scanner and then submitting them to the Department of Justice / FBI.


We are seeking a highly motivated person who has and active notary seal (preferred) or who will work to get one. We will train the right person Fingerprint Rolling skills and office management skills. We operate at a professional level and high-quality standard, and we work at a fast pace in a quickly changing environment.

  • High school or equivalent (Required)

Job Responsibilities:

  • Certified Fingerprint Roller – Ability to recognize print pattern, boundary and measurable area. Will train the hired candidate.
  • Operate passport photo and print equipment.
  • Operate Live Scan Dept of Justice (DOJ) Equipment and FBI Channeler.
  • Ensures operation of equipment by completing preventive maintenance requirements, calling for repairs, and maintaining equipment.
  • Provides information by answering questions and requests regarding the schedule of live scan, ink fingerprints or FBI Channeler, notary, and mobile notary.
  • Provides retail services, handles cash and credit cards.
  • Provides package services for the mailing of and retrieval of packages.
  • Assist clients with copying, scanning and fax services.
  • Ability to communicate on the phone clearly and articulately, as well as via email and in person with clients and colleagues in a friendly professional manner.
  • Must be able to read, write and communicate proficiently in English. Bi-lingual Spanish speaking is a plus.
  • Provides administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office.
  • Answers phone calls, schedules meetings, appointments and supports visitors.
  • Carries out office duties such as filing, typing, copying, binding, scanning etc.
  • Supports the team by performing tasks related to organization and strong communication.
  • Marketing and cold calling for printing jobs.
  • Maintains office supplies inventory by checking stock to determine inventory level, anticipating needed supplies, placing and expediting orders for supplies as needed.

Mandatory Qualifications:

  • Accurate typing skills.
  • Punctual (highly time driven).
  • Friendly with excellent people skills.
  • Detail oriented.
  • Must have 1 year previous customer service experience in a fast-paced environment
  • Prefer: Notary Seal in CA. An additional commission will be paid to those able to perform Notary services.
  • Schedule will be flexible 6 days a week, the team rotates Saturday shifts.
  • PT and FT schedules are available.

Education, Experience and Other Requirements


  • Must be minimum 18 years old with high school diploma.
  • We will pay for your background check and train for Fingerprint Rolling
  • California Notary Commission (Preferred)
  • Two-year Business Management or Office Degree/Certificate (Preferred)
  • 1 years of office assistant experience (Preferred)
  • Experience using software including Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook, Microsoft PowerPoint and Adobe Acrobat (Intermediate level)
  • Valid driver’s license and current automobile insurance
