To do that, we need an experienced Regional Vice President ( RVP) of Sales who brings an expertise in leadership development ( assessment, coaching, team performance, diversity, equity and inclusion etc ) Passion for developing strategic relationships and a healthy book of business. This position requires outstanding influence and communication skills to present AIIR's point of view to key stakeholders to provoke, excite and motivate action. This critical role will report to the Chief Revenue Officer.

While no two days are alike, the RVP of Sales can expect to:

  • Have a deep understanding of business initiatives, pain points and the priorities that drive decisions from the C-level
  • Match AIIR's solutions to solve the business need and sell on the ROI
  • Own the end to end process from initial conversation, through to proposal generation, final pitch and maintain an on-going relationship with clients.
  • Generate new leads and opportunities, drawing on AIIR's database, sales and marketing activity, and own professional network to attack your quota.
  • Partner with Account Managers, Sales Consultants and Client Success to ensure a while glove client experience.
  • Partner with CRO and Service Line Leaders to develop effective sales strategies and messaging.
  • Develop business insights based on data analysis and translate into actionable activities for the team
  • Close deals from $50-$1M, with an average sales cycle of 2-9 months

Requirements

To be successful, we think you need:
• 10+ years business development experience prospecting and bringing in new business through a consultative approach.
  • 7+ years successful experience selling an "intellectual" B2B service
  • A proven track record selling into the HR, Talent Management space
  • Experience building credibility and trust while influencing buying decisions to senior leaders/c-suite executives
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively build and deliver presentations to your customers
  • Demonstrated performance meeting and/or exceeding financial goals
  • Strong time management skills and the drive to build your part of the business semi- autonomously
  • Passion about what drive human performance at work
