Be a liaison between team members, customers, training providers, and marketing.
Consistently provide all customers with efficient and accurate service.ESSENTIAL DUTIES:Administer all aspects of assigned training programs, including (but not limited to):Coordinate Classroom and Live Virtual Training Logistics (instructors, location, material, applications, etc.).Facilitate processing exam results and certificates Monitor enrollment numbers and upload course Rosters as requiredMaintain training spreadsheet for internal useMaintain course information on website and Internal DatabaseMonitor Training Inquiry Email Inboxes and Chat Feature and provide customers with accurate, timely and relevant informationAdvise manager when to confirm and cancel classes, ensure appropriate parties are notified and transferred or refunded.Advise manager of marketing needs for low enrollmentMaintain relationships with training providers and instructorsEnsure that work instructions are consistently reviewed and updated.Coordinate, test, and answer concerns regarding eLearnings.Provide problem-solving skills to resolve customer issuesProvide departmental back-up/coverageSuccess Characteristics:Associates Degree or 1 year of related experience or automotive industry experienceExcellent skills in:Interpersonal, written, and oral communicationsTime management, prioritization, and multi-taskingData entryProficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, )Working knowledge of a database software application preferredAble to work with all levels of employees, customers, and vendorsReliable, punctual, professional, and friendlyAble to lift up to 40 lbs.
