Management Consultant - Entry Level

We are seeking a candidate with a background in management, sales, and marketing to join our team as an Entry Level Management Consultant. We are looking to add 4-5 new consultants to our team. You will be responsible for helping customers by providing product and service information, resolving technical issues, and assisting in the training and development of fellow Marketing and Sales Associates.

Responsibilities as our Entry Level Management Consultant:

• Handle customer inquiries and complaints
• Provide information about the products and services
• Troubleshoot and resolve product issues and concerns
• Document and update customer records based on interactions
• Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services
• Assisting customers face-to-face with any billing and/or equipment issues
• Handling new customer acquisitions and qualifying potential clientele

• Previous experience in customer service, sales, or other related fields
• Ability to build rapport with clients
• Ability to prioritize and multitask
• Positive and professional demeanor
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Excited to grow from an entry-level position
