Customer Service/Shipments Coordinator

MAIN FUNCTIONS:     This position is responsible for the execution of the sale.

REPORTS TO:    Food Ingredient Documentation Manager

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Contract maintenance and execution 

• Maintain plant shipping calendars

• Invoice, produce and transfer product within the accounting system

• Various other duties

COMPETENCY REQUIREMENTS:

• Highly motivated, independent self-starter

• Superior organizational, analytical and problem solving skills

• Strong computer proficiency in Microsoft office products

• Direct grain and/or export documentation is preferred

• Strong background in document tracking or logistics is an asset

Pay: From $40,000.00 per year
