You will be taking phone calls, running errands, setting appointments, taking meeting minutes, filing paperwork, and any other duties as needed.

The ideal candidate for this position is a self-starter who enjoys planning and has great interpersonal skills. Confidentiality is a must in any position, but HR and other corporate document access deem a no gossip confidential modality a requirement. This could be a full or part-time position.

Responsibilities: Prepare meetings, write down notes, and email meeting minutes to make meetings run smoothly Organize meeting spaces for guests upon arrival to make sure they feel welcome Arrange travel including hotel, flight, and transportation Do other assigned tasks as needed Deliver packages and pick up orders as needed • File and organize sales and HR files • Organize corporate documents • Streamline HR processes and assist in the employee hiring process • Mail packages and get mail Qualifications: Capable of completing tasks with minimal supervision Proficient in Microsoft Office Excellent interpersonal skills and time management skills Applicants must have graduated high school or equivalent Previous work experience as a personal assistant, administrative assistant, executive assistant, or related job experience, such as business administration About Company: Agora is an arts and hospitality consulting company based in Union City, TN.
