AGA Hospitality Group is currently looking for an Outstanding A+ Player to oversee our Kitchen Operations which include Fork & Spoon Production, Above & Beyond Catering and A&B Express.

2-5 years kitchen management experience required. Must be experienced in fine dining restaurant kitchens. 1-2 years experience in fast paced catering kitchen
Work directly with Ownership to create a professional and uplifting environment
Experience with administrative work to include ordering, prep lists, scheduling
Proficiency with Google Sheets and/or Excel is ideal.
Must be able to work with multiple softwares
Bilingual (Spanish/English) is a plus, Must be able to communicate with both English and Spanish-speaking prep cooks.
Familiarity and comfort with a wide range of global cuisines and must have a passion for food, and an interest in Corporate and Fine Dining Catering
Flexibility with hours and responsibilities is a must
Excellent organization and communication skills; Must be a forward thinker, proactive, detail-oriented, accountable and professional
A+ work ethic, leads by example and able to patiently teach others
Servsafe Certified with Manager Certification
Able to work on your feet for 10+ hours, lift and carry 50+ lb
