Risk Analyst

This position will be based in our main Southlake Office.

AFS is a growing financial service company, that is looking to add a Risk Analyst to our team. This position will be based in our main Southlake Office.

Responsibilities:

• Daily analysis of risk cases with deadlines
• Evaluate card exposure on merchant daily processing
• Ensure proper risk procedures followed while maintaining SLAs for optimal risk mitigation
• High volume operational environment where decisions have financial impacts to merchants and organization
• High-volume, fast-paced environment
• Position will also include underwriting responsibilities as they are closely tied to risk mitigation

Qualifications:

• Strong organizational and analytical skills required
• Ability to negotiate and conflict resolution skills required
• Attention to detail required
• Strong Data Entry Skills
• Solid office skills needed, including Word, Excel
• Excellent Communication Skills
• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• Minimum 3 years of Risk experience - specific to the Merchant Processing Industry.
