Job Description
AFP Industries, Inc., a distributor of industrial parts, has openings for Customer Service Representatives in our North Chesterfield, VA location. Applicants should be customer focused, resourceful and driven to provide the utmost in customer service. You will work in a team environment to support customers in local territories. Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Interact with customers via telephone and email to provide support and information on products, services and order status.
- Handle requests for price quotes, credit applications, purchase orders, order adjustments and order cancellations.
- Place timely orders with vendors by computer, phone, email or fax.
- Remain current with discount structure and AFP products.
- Maintain customer accounts, build relationships.
Knowledge of or ability to learn industrial products and applications required. Must have proficient computer skills.
