Administrative Assistant Customer Service

AES Hearth & Patio is a leading provider of Custom Fireplaces, Alternative Heating Solutions (stoves, fireplaces, and inserts), Chimney Inspections & Repairs, and Outdoor Living Products (grills, smokers, fire pits, retractable awnings, furniture, etc.).

Operating since 1998, we have showroom locations in Newville and Camp Hill, with an extensive Service & Installation Department in Newville.

As our business continues to grow, we have an immediate opportunity for an Administrative Assistant & Customer Service to answer our service phone and take service requests, assist with scheduling our experienced service & installation teams and perform administrative tasks that keep our service department operating efficiently. This position will work directly with our current Service Manager & Scheduler.

This person will…

• answer and route incoming calls efficiently.
• make out-going calls to customers and technicians.
• assist with scheduling for installations, services, and deliveries.
• perform administrative duties within the service department.
• assist with bookkeeping tasks.

We are looking for…

• excellent written and verbal skills.
• 2 or more years of experience within a service environment.
• experience in Microsoft Windows, Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.
