AERMOR LLC is seeking qualified candidates to participate in Exercise and Experimentation (including war gaming) to support the capability assessment of the proposed initiatives under study. Candidate will be required to attend working group meetings and build and present brief in support of the Branch Chief.

Responsibilities Include:

• Provide technical experience to integrate Experimentation analysis requirements and Joint Experimentation Network (JExNet) requirements for Joint Staff J7.
• Support Working Group Management by attending meetings, building and presenting briefs, building working products, and planning and facilitating meetings.
• Provide direct support to the Branch Chief.
• Provide expert knowledge of Information Technology (IT) processes and broad knowledge of state-of-the art technology development sufficient to lead the definition, development, implementation and improvement of a knowledge and data sharing federated network, a knowledge and data platform and associated data analytic and visualization services in support of the Joint Staff J7 Joint Wargaming and Experimentation Division (JWED) AND JExNet.
• Utilize comprehensive knowledge of various management, technical, administrative, and communications skills in order to function as a line of work and development project leader within the organization.
• Conduct presentations and write technical reports describing project objectives, procedures and results to new or improved information technology, software development methods and tools, system engineering and cybersecurity methodologies, concepts, techniques and processes.

Desired Skills and Experience: 

• 8 years of direct work experience with analyzing and solving computer problems, and implementation of system studies to realize maximum benefit from investments in equipment, personnel, and business processes.
• Planning and designing new computer systems and devising processes to apply existing systems resources to new operations.
• 6 years of direct work experience with: analyzing user requirements, procedures, and
  problems to automate processing or to improve existing computer systems; Reviewing computer
  system capabilities, workflow, and scheduling limitations; Studying existing information
  processing systems to evaluate effectiveness, and developing new systems to improve production
  or workflow as required.

Desired Education:

• BS degree in Information Systems, or Information Technology; Electrical,
  Software, or Systems Engineering; Information Systems, or Information Technology.
