Job Description AECOM is seeking a motivated Senior Program Manager based in Germantown, Maryland area to Assist the Task Order Manager in the support of Operations and Requirements Analysis Division’s Customs and Border Protection (CBP) portfolio. Tasks will involve assisting the Portfolio Manager while working in a matrixed organization that requires significant collaboration and communication skills while being adaptable to rapidly changing priorities and tasks. The successful candidate must understand relevant technologies but does not require detailed knowledge of the underlying technical or scientific aspects. Must be an assertive and structured individual. The qualified candidate must have a working knowledge of project financials and contracts. The responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to: Assist the Task Order Manager in their execution of programs within the Research, Development, Test and Evaluation (RDT&E) process encompassing technology foraging and scoutingresearch and development; test and evaluation; systems & operational analysis and engineeringoperational testing and integration; information management; technology transfer, transition, and commercialization; and risk management and mitigation At AECOM, we’re delivering a better world. Qualifications MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS: BA/BS plus 6 years of related experience or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education Must pass a State and Federal criminal history/security background check; many projects clients are security sensitive Must be a US Citizen Must possess or be able to obtain Top Secret or Secret security clearancesMust pass pre-employment drug screen PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: BA/BS plus 15 years of related experience or Master’s plus 10 years of related experience Strong technical writing skills Ability to craft strategic communication campaigns Ability to develop a set of measurable outcomes and metrics Familiarity with the steps needed to deploy web content Physically able, with or without an accommodation, to work in an on-site indoor/office environment.
