In this role, the Junior Recruiter / Sales Trainee initiates contact with individuals to help them identify and evaluate new career options. You are provided all the training needed to walk people through this process that will ultimately improve their life.

About You:

• You will need to enjoy talking to people on the phone for 2-3 hours a day
• Ability to make outbound telephone calls to develop interpersonal relationships and establish rapport with people
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• A desire to help others
• 1-3 years of previous inside sales experience helpful, but not required
• Post-secondary education preferred
