Inside Sales Representative

We are looking for an organized, respectful, hardworking Inside Sales Representative to generate sales leads targeting data center-related customers by cold calling. You will be responsible for following a provided script to influence existing or potential customers to buy products or services. A successful candidate will be friendly and respectful yet persuasive. You must be able to understand the customer’s requirements in a short time and present solutions that meet their needs. The goal is to promote business growth by expanding the company’s clientele. Our field sales staff will close the deal with the leads you provide them through our online CRM system. Once they do, you will also earn a commission. A two-week trial period will determine whether you have the stamina and skill to be successful. Work-from-home option (commission based only) Benefits: • PTO • 401k • Health Insurance • Full-time position Responsibilities: Maintain customer accounts and update with new account information as needed Regularly meet with sales lead to receive the newest service and product knowledge Create records of customer interactions and follow up to ensure all questions have been answered • Cold call people using a given phone directory to sell products • Use scripts to provide information about product’s features, prices, etc., and present their benefits • Record the customer’s personal information accurately in an online CRM system • Deal with complaints or doubts to safeguard the company’s reputation • Go the “extra mile” to meet the calling quota • Keep records of calls and sales and record useful information Qualifications: Display strong communication skills, active listening skills, and personal skills High school graduate, G.E.D.
