Financial Analyst

ADT Solar is looking for a detail-oriented financial analyst to join our finance team working on site from the Boca Raton, FL office in a hybrid role. The Financial Analyst will interact regularly with the company's executive team, helping to measure and forecast the company's success. The role's responsibilities include assisting with financial planning and budgeting processes, analyzing financial statements and reports, developing financial models, preparing projections, and performing research and analysis as may be required by leadership.

To be successful in this role, you should be able to perform a variety of financial activities including planning, analysis, budgeting, and reporting. You should also have strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills and be able to present financial information and models in a concise and easily comprehensible manner.

Responsibilities

• Track KPIs and prepare financial reports including weekly flash reports and monthly variance analysis
• Develop financial models through benchmarking and process analysis
• Assist in annual budget setting
• Perform research and analysis as required and report financial status
• Prepare cost and headcount projections
• Conduct thorough research of historical financial data
• Compare anticipated and actual results and identify areas of improvement

Requirements

• 1-2 years related work experience, including experience in a major accounting firm or corporate financial reporting (solar experience preferred)
• Proven work experience as a Financial Analyst or similar role
• Excellent analytical skills
• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or related field
• 1-2 years of experience in financial planning, analysis, and modeling
• Ability to present financial information to a non-financial audience
• Demonstrable strategic thinking skills
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
• Detail-oriented and able to perform in a high-pressure environment
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Advanced IT skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint and MS Excel (complex formulas, data manipulation, etc.)
• Working knowledge of business systems: NetSuite ERP System, Salesforce Sales/Service (preferred)

Salary Range- $65,000 - $75,000 per year
