The XPG Marketing Manager position is responsible for building the brand awareness about XPG products and services to the users and gamers. In addition to involve the day-to-day marketing activities, the position needs to design and execute marketing strategies for marketing campaigns, events, and customer engagement. The role is also in charge of special projects with tight deadlines and changing needs while managing and motivating the marketing team.

Essential Functions

•    Identify target customers and XPG product position to develop marketing plans and specific goals across various channels and market segments
•    Conduct market research to analyze consumer trends, competitors, and successful marketing practices for developing marketing strategies.
•    Lead marketing team to efficiently execute the designated marketing program while effectively collaborate with other functions
•    Partner with creative teams and external vendors for all advertising, public relations, and communications in print, digital, or video formats across various channels
•    Direct and manage contents and updates for customers; establish budget guidelines, plan and participate in events, and provide marketing solutions and supports to sales team.
•    Communicate with headquarters overseas about marketing program, strategies, and budgets; initiate ideas for guiding and developing the future evolvement of XPG products. 

Skills and Qualifications
•    Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or related fields
•    About five years of proven marketing experience in the gaming industry
•    Exceptional communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal
•    Strong project management, multitasking, and leadership skills
•    Proficiency in Microsoft Power Point and online marketing/social media experiences

•    Experience with CRM/SAP software 
•    Ability to deliver presentations
•    Be proactive, organized and handle work under stressful and uncertain environments


Business travel is required as needed.

Work Environment
