Job Description

Our company is looking for Customer Service Representatives to be a part of our growing team. In this role you will have the ability to answer customer questions, assist with client matters and be able to multitask. The ideal candidate is a team player, able to work in a fast paced environment and has excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver an outstanding customer experience that improves loyalty and strengthens the company brand
  • Provide our customers with brand knowledge and information
  • Work collaboratively with team members across our organization
  • Other tasks as assigned

Qualifications:

  • Must be friendly and ready to work as part of a customer focused team
  • Willingness to learn
  • Experience in Customer Service, Hospitality, Retail or Management is a plus but not required
  • Must be 18 years+
  • Background check prior to hire
