Financial Analyst

Position Summary

The Financial Analyst will be responsible for monthly reporting and analysis as well as play an active role in budgeting, forecasting and projections.

The Role

· Assist with the preparation and distribution of the weekly cash flow forecast

· Prepare and distribute the Weekly KPI report

· Accounts Receivable & Payable analysis

· Monthly & Weekly Labor utilization analysis

· Assist with the Preparation of Financial Statements for month-end review

· Assist with the monthly Debt Schedule preparation

· Compile and distribute the monthly Piece Count report

· Monthly Waste Accrual analysis

· Assist with Quarterly commission calculations

· Assist with the Business Intelligence tool (Power BI)

· Assist in the Budgeting process & maintain Budgets in the accounting system

· Assist in the audit preparation, as needed

· Financial Model Preparation

· Other Finance projects assigned by the Senior Financial Analyst/Controller

Required Education, Experience, and Training

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Finance

• 2-3 years of Financial Analysis/Accounting experience

• Proficient computer skills, Accounting Systems, MS Office skills: Word, Excel, Outlook

• Ability to think creatively, highly-driven and self-motivated

• Ability to manage multiple projects as well as strong follow through skills

• Ability to work in a team and as an individual contributor

Supervisory Responsibility

This position will not have any supervisory responsibility at this time.
