Established Managed Services provider in Southeastern Massachusetts is seeking a professional Mid-Level Technician to work providing technical service and support to the fast-paced Healthcare, Medical and Dental environments along with other highly skilled Engineers.
Principal Duties and Essential Job functions:
Provides daily on-site and remote support/troubleshooting to ensure system stability and optimum network performance. Configure equipment and software to meet the business needs of our clients. Previous technical support experience within the Medical, Dental, Healthcare Industry is a plus.
Provide a working knowledge of Microsoft Office solutions and support for clients. Knowledge of various, proprietary practice management software is a plus.
Provide technical service and support to clients with a wide spectrum of technical skills. Must be able to convey technical information in an easy to understand manner.
Function as part of, or leads an implementation team on larger projects, and individually provides exceptional technical services on support visits with clients.
Must be capable of and enjoy working with a wide variety of technologies
Must consistently document problems and resolutions
Must consistently follow resolution protocols as well as help develop them
Must work on the leading edge of Microsoft and other vendors' technologies
Must be willing to work in an environment with a high degree of camaraderie, imparting their skills and sharing information in support of the team.
Must have the ability to understand client’s needs and expectations, provide exceptional customer service and consistently exceed customer expectations.
Must have a strong working knowledge of the following technologies :
Windows 7 & 10 (Mac and IOS experience a plus)
Windows Server 2008/2012/2016 deployment and management technologies (i.e.: Active Directory, Group Policy, Logon and Management scripts, PowerShell, ect)
Cloud Hosted Microsoft Exchange
Dell Server/Workstation Hardware
Microsoft Terminal Services
Firewall and UTM Management
