At this time, we have the immediate need to find an experienced Customer Service Agent.
Job responsibilities for this position include but are not limited to the following:
Acts as customer liaison
Collaborates with sales representative and CSR’s to maintain customer profile
Process shipment and/or orders
Able to efficiently and effectively handle heavy phone calls
Able to effectively and promptly respond to heavy email volume
Ability to independently answer questions or inquiries and resolve problems
Capable of navigating through our computer systems and applications to retrieve invaluable information
Able to produce reports as required to internal/external customers
Be prepared to meet with clients when required
Requirements and Skills:
Demonstrates excellent interpersonal skills. Able to work effectively with all levels of the organization, internal and external customers and current and potential clients in the marketplace.
Demonstrates excellent verbal and written communication skills. Exhibits a high degree of “professionalism”.
Able to prioritize, multi-task and work independently with minimal supervision.
Able to keep current with changes in our business trends, customer base and agents servicing our clients so that calls are efficiently and accurately routed to the proper CSR or department.
Demonstrates accuracy, thoroughness, effectiveness and efficiency in carryout out new assignments.
Able to consistently meet the Company’s expectations of attendance, punctuality. Stays on task.
Proficient at using computer systems and applications (e.g. MS Word Office, Excel, CW and other IT applications as trained/required).
Has a working knowledge of government regulations and industry standards as applicable.
