As we expand our services, we are seeking a dedicated Clinical Manager/Practice Administrator to join our dynamic team.

Job Description:

As a Clinical Manager/Practice Administrator, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing and coordinating our house call services in Texas. This role requires a proactive and detail-oriented professional who can ensure the seamless delivery of healthcare to our patients.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and coordinate the activities of healthcare providers delivering in home transitional care physician house call & other in-home services offered
  • Ensure compliance with clinical protocols and quality standards.
  • Conduct regular reviews to assess the effectiveness of clinical services.
  • Oversee patient care and day-to-day activities
  • Coordinate scheduling and logistics for visiting physicians.
  • Supervising billing and coding functions
  • Collaborate with internal teams to optimize resource allocation.
  • Foster positive patient experiences through effective communication and service coordination.
  • The Practice Manager will also be responsible for developing and implementing policies and procedures, managing budgets, and coordinating with external stakeholders.
  • Address patient concerns and inquiries in a timely manner.
  • Implement strategies to enhance patient satisfaction.
  • Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and healthcare standards.
  • Manage and maintain provider credentialing & accurate and up-to-date documentation and records.
  • Collaborate with compliance officers to address any issues.

Qualifications:

  • Strong leadership and management skills
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
  • Experience with medical billing and coding
  • Knowledge of healthcare regulations and compliance requirements
  • Experience with Electronic Health Records (EHR) and Practice Management Systems (PMS)
  • Ability to problem-solve and make decisions effectively
  • Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or related field is a PLUS
  • Experience in a healthcare setting is required.
  • Knowledge/Experience of house call or visiting physician services.
