We are currently seeking a Part-time Administrative Assistant (20 hours/week). Responsibilities include the following (but are not limited to):
- Perform receptionist duties, office supply ordering and general support to the office admin and management needs.
- Scan, copy, maintain hardcopy files as needed
- Upload electronic files into various company databases
- Enter new Broker information into CRM database
- Assist accounting department with mailing out checks
Knowledge and proficiency with Microsoft Office products. Strong organizational skills, keen attention to detail and excellent verbal and written communication skills. Must have excellent follow up, relentless execution, and be self-motivated to complete projects on time with minimal supervision. The ability to work at a high and challenging pace with strong initiative.
