Program Manager

We are searching for an exceptional Program Manager to join our client’s team. We're looking for a seasoned pro who understands, champions and drives Hybrid Project Management which blends the predictive elements of traditional project management practices with agile/scrum methodologies. They will drive standardization initiatives, building a project/program management toolkit, elevating documentation templates leveraging expert Confluence, JIRA, SharePoint, PowerPoint, Infographics, LinkedIn Learning skills. 

Responsibilities:

• Be the project advocate; take responsibility for issue management.
• Provide project oversight across multiple internal and external projects (client-facing, product, and integrations with 3rd parties).
• Support operational functions related to time tracking against projects; comparing actual vs projected time expenditures to inform resourcing decisions.
• Work closely with stakeholders, other departments, and vendors to facilitate project planning, weekly operational planning, and produce regular KPI reporting, etc.

Continue to grow Program/Project Management Standard of Practice 

• Create How-To Infographics & LinkedIn Learning Presentations best practices
• Elevate Project Landing Pages/ Dashboards
• Systemize requirements gathering/tracking for all TPM led initiatives
• Standardize Lessons Learned Tracking 
• When & How to leverage SharePoint vs Confluence

Elevation of Agile/Scrum Services & Practices 

• Document Scrum Master Best Practices/ SLA
• JIRA for Project Management How-To's

Cross departmental alignment

• Audit current IT PM Practices 
• Reconcile work intake process across Tech Org Depts (IT, Software Development)

Enhance Agile Portfolio Management Services

• Drive the optimization of digital portfolio in JIRA
• Create Tech Org roadmaps via JIRA Plans
• Assist in creation of structured Tech Org Portfolio Planning Framework including QBRs
