Job Description
We are looking for an Account Manager to develop long-term successful business relationships with our clients. The Account manager will be responsible for a developing new business with existing client portfolios and supporting the sales team in new business initiatives.
In this role, you will liaise with cross-functional internal teams (including Solution Delivery Team and Sales Team) to improve the entire customer experience.
Responsibilities
- Manage one or more client portfolios at any given time
- Develop strong relationships with new and existing clients and act as trusted advisor
- Serve as primary point of contact for clients in relation to existing and potential services
- Act as an escalation point for clients for project related issues
- Work with project teams to ensure the successful and timely completion of projects to meet client requirements and provide positive customer experiences
- Work with project managers to provide accurate updates on project milestones to key stakeholders
- Work with sales team to identify new business opportunities within existing client portfolios
- Work with sales team and executives to negotiate and finalize SOWs and contracts
Requirements
- Previous experience in Account Management or similar position
- Experience in client facing IT solution delivery (ERP product experience highly desirable)
- Demonstrated ability to influence key decision makers
- Ability to manage multiple clients and projects at a time
- Strong presentation and negations skills
