Account Executive - Client Solutions

We are seeking a passionate and driven Solutions Executive, who will be responsible for selling technology solutions by building and maintaining strong relationships with prospects and clients, attending networking events, tradeshows and other networking opportunities.
Main Responsibilities
Represent our clients unique capabilities delivering highly complex and cutting-edge custom software and technology solutions.
Network at local and national events, tradeshows, conferences, and niche networking environments.
Meet and exceed sales targets by planning and strategizing innovative lead generation processes and pipeline development.
Identify and exceed prospects and clients needs, shaping requirements, managing expectations, and creating project scope and deliverables to define the best possible solution.
Travelling nationally 50% of the time to other metro areas for key opportunities.
Required
At least three years in IT enterprise and mid-market sales, hunting for new logos with proven success exceeding quota and consistent top performance achievement. Ideally selling from Latin America nearshore IT services.
Flexibility to be out of town many times a year for various periods of time depending on business needs.
Experience targeting all levels CIO, CTO, IT Executives and Software professionals.
Expert negotiator with impeccable communication and presentation skills who can tailor to the audience with a detailed yet assertive approach to deliver the best results.
Compensation
Base Salary $150-170K+
Total Compensation $300-500K.
