- COI upkeep
- Cost Plus (Time & Materials expenses)
- Expense reports
- Check runs
- Payroll including payroll taxes
- Business and income tax worksheets & computations
- Excellent organizational skills
- Proficiency in Excel, Sage Timberline accounting software and QuickBooks
- 5+ years as Office Manager/Bookkeeper
- Sage Timberline a big plus
- Must be able to handle multiple people/situations
