Job Description

Looking to Hire an Office Manager/Bookkeeper with a Construction background that can thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
  • Accounts Payable & Accounts Receivable
  • Journal entries
  • W/C Audits
  • COI upkeep
  • Billing
  • Cost Plus (Time & Materials expenses)
  • Expense reports
  • Check runs
  • Payroll including payroll taxes
  • Business and income tax worksheets & computations
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Proficiency in Excel, Sage Timberline accounting software and QuickBooks

Requirements:
  • 5+ years as Office Manager/Bookkeeper
  • Sage Timberline a big plus
  • Must be able to handle multiple people/situations
